For your convenience all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Delivery Service. We have made our shipping and handling policies as fair as possible to maintain excellent and timely customer service. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. If your item is not currently in stock we will notify you by the end of the next business day. Currently we do not ship orders internationally. All shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Scrubs-n-More strives to provide the highest quality products. If there is defect or the product is damaged on delivery we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged merchandise.
Our policy is simple. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received from Scrubs-n-More, just return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable, unless they are defective. All items must be in their original condition with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Unfortunately, original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, send your exchange with no additional shipping/processing charges.

All online transactions at ScrubsBG.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in a 128bit encrypted form.
When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the item. After placing a credit card order, your card is typically processed and charged the following business day when we enter your order into our system. When it is approved, it is only charged for the items we have in stock that are being shipped to you immediately, plus the entire amount of shipping costs. Payment for any backordered items will be charged when they come in and we get ready to ship them to you. You will not be billed or charged for any additional shipping fees.
If your credit card is declined, you will receive an e-mail notice requesting that you contact us immediately. A decline often results from a simple typo when you are entering your payment information at Checkout, so when you contact us we will ask you to verify your account number, expiration date, and billing address. If this doesn't rectify the problem, you have the option of working out another means of payment or cancelling the order. If we do not get a reply from you within 7 days of the decline notice, your order will be cancelled. There is no sales tax for shipments outside of Kentucky. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within Kentucky where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
